Producers seeking credit will complete 18 required topics for either crop or livestock producers as appropriate for their situation plus 7 additional modules (see table below). Participants must complete activities and pass subject-related quizzes to earn FSA Borrower Training Credit. Payment must be received in advance of the identification and password request. Payments can be made using a credit card. This outline is a suggested, but not required order to view topics. Producers may view topics in any order they desire.

How is this borrower training different from the other programs?

This borrower training is all online. It will be accessible anywhere at a time convenient to the producer.

 

How do I enroll in online borrower training?

Email Brent Ladd or call (405) 744-6159 to sign-up for on-line borrower training. Payment must be received in advance of the identification and password request. Payments can be made using a credit card.

 

How will registration and module completion tracking be handled?

Producers will email Brent Ladd to register. Payment must be received in advance of the identification and password request. Payments can be made using a credit card. After registering, producers will receive credentials to log on to Canvas which is a course management system. Canvas will track completion of topics, submitted activities and host the quizzes producers will take to earn credit for each module. The order of modules presented is a suggested, but not require order to view modules. Producers may view modules in any order they desire.

 

How long do producers have to complete the online borrower training?

Producers have two years to complete on-line borrower training.
