The county comparisons to regional and state information illustrate the relative strength or weakness of the local agricultural land markets. Caution is advised when analyzing annual land value patterns and trends at the county level due to the sporadic nature of sale reports available. Only tracts 40 acres in size or larger selling for $3,000 per acre or less are included.
