The table was prepared with information provided by NASS and may be used as an accompaniment to the OSU land market information presented. Non-irrigated cropland and pasture values are defined as land only and do not include buildings. Irrigated cropland values are not included due to unavailable data prior to 1982. The average land value for Oklahoma combines all cropland and pasture values weighted by the amount of respective acreages according to the most recent Census of Agriculture. It is worthy to note that although OSU and USDA sampling procedures are different, overall trends and patterns in land values are similar.
