AGEC 4990: Farm to Fork

Symphony of the Soil documentary part of Farm to Fork MOOC taught by Dr. Norwood
Symphony of the Soil, a documentary included in the curriculum for Oklahoma State University’s massive open online course, Farm to Fork, is now available for all OSU students to watch at no charge.

Bailey Norwood, a professor in the OSU Department of Agricultural Economics, serves as the instructor for Farm to Fork. Norwood said the documentary explores the biology of the soil, our relationship with soil and visions of how to prevents its degradation.

According to the Symphony from the Soil website, the film draws from ancient knowledge and cutting edge science to portray an artistic exploration of soil.
